Disputes and reinvestigations: getting corrections right

No verification process is perfect. Records go stale and situations change. A fair dispute process is what turns an error into a correction rather than a lasting harm.
Making disputes easy
People should be able to challenge a result without needing an account or a lawyer. A simple form with a reference number, and a clear explanation of what happens next, is enough to start.
Reinvestigating
Each dispute is logged with a deadline. A reviewer re-examines the original evidence, considers what the person has provided, and checks for newer records. The outcome, and the reasons for it, are documented.
Closing the loop
If the result changes, the corrected report goes to the client that relied on the original. Either way, the person who disputed it receives a clear written answer.
Consent-first, reproducible verification for your team.
