Acceptable use
Access is invite-only and limited to approved organizations acting under a declared permissible purpose. Credentials may not be shared and access may be revoked for misuse.
Client obligations
Clients must obtain and maintain the legal right to request each verification, submit accurate declarations, and use reports only for the stated purpose.
No pretexting
Field work is performed only under documented consent and state-specific rules. Any attempt to procure data through misrepresentation is prohibited.
Reports & reliance
Assurance reports reflect evidence available at the time of issue. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and any required adverse-action notices.
Service availability
The console and API are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Scheduled maintenance and status are communicated through the console.
