Data we collect
Declared address, household roster, subject contact details, consent records, and evidence signals gathered from permitted sources — limited to what each case type requires.
How we use data
Solely to produce assurance reports under a declared permissible purpose, and to handle disputes, subject-rights requests, and audits.
Retention & purge
Data is retained only as long as the client's policy and applicable law require, then deleted on a certified schedule with a downloadable purge certificate.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, and dispute rights are described on the Subject Rights page and handled through our rights queue with response deadlines.
Security
Sensitive fields and files are encrypted, access is role-based, downloads use expiring signed links, and every view, edit, export, and download is written to an immutable audit log.
